Hi everyone,

Hope all is well. May 15th is our last ZOOM MEETING. 🎉 Also, it is our last day of school for PreK 4. On the videos under the classwork for Friday, May 15th, I tried to put some pictures that were taken during the school year. Hope you will be able to see them.

If you are having trouble putting your child’s schoolwork under the assignment area, you are welcomed to email their work to me or if needed I can meet at school for you to bring it to me on a certain day. My email is ccressionnie@vcagators.net .

Online Education💻📝 starting March 23rd

Dear Parents,
Hope you are all doing well. We love you! God is here and bigger than any situation we encounter. We will be continuing education through online meetings.
I have sent a packet home on Friday. During our meetings, I will refer to worksheets from the packet.
We will have a schedule similar to what we did at school.
First, I will be online and you can join me with your child so that we will see each other in person. That will take place at 8:30 a.m. every morning Monday through Friday for a few moments.
Then, I will have recorded videos with myself teaching our Bible story, Bible verse, links to worship, I will be introducing a letter, writing the letters, counting numbers and writing the numbers to complete the worksheets that were sent home. I will have a video of book readings also.

Hope everyone had a nice winter break.

This week we will be reviewing letters and numbers from the third quarter. The Letters are C, D, G, R, F, J, and K. The numbers are 13 through 19. Review beginning sounds and counting numbers.

Our Theme: Dr. Seuss

The Bible Story for this week is about the Ten Lepers.

Our Bible Verse is I Timothy 1:15 “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.”

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and a Happy Valentine’s Day. Thank you for the Valentine’s Day gifts.

This week our theme is Dinosaurs. 🦖🦕

PreK 4 will be learning about the Letter”Kk”🦘🛶🤴🐨🥝👘🔑 and the Number “19.” We will be writing, sounding out, and recognizing the Letter Kk and also counting, writing and recognizing the Number nineteen 19.

Send in an item for Show and Tell that starts with the Letter “Kk” and its sound (kangaroo, keys, kitten, king, kiwi, kayak…).

Our Bible Story is”Jesus walks on water.” The Bible Verse this week is Psalm 145: 9 “The Lord is good to all.”

Winter Break is February 24 – 26 as there will be no school those few days.

This week our theme is Valentine’s Day! 💗 Please send in your child’s Valentine’s Day item to pass out to the class by Friday. Please remember to fill out only the From: (your child’s name) part of the Valentine.

PreK 4 will be learning about the Letter”Jj” 🤹👩‍⚖️🏇🃏🇯🇵✈️and the Number “18.” We will be writing, sounding out, and recognizing the Letter Jj and also counting, writing and recognizing the Number eighteen.

The month of January went by fast. Hope everyone enjoyed this beautiful weather we had this weekend.

PreK 4 will be learning about the Letter “Ff” and the Number 17. We will be looking at words beginning and ending with the Letter “Ff” sound as in fish and leaf, counting seventeen items, and writing the letter “Ff” and number “17.”

Bring in an item for Show & Tell that has the Letter “Ff” sound👣👩‍🚒🏵️🐟🏈🥏. Keep reviewing letter sounds and numbers with your child.

Our Bible Story this week is “Jesus stills the storm.” The Bible Memory Verse is Jeremiah 33:3 “Call unto Me, and I will answer thee.”

January 27 – January 31

Hello, hope everyone had a Blessed weekend. The kids had fun working on their 100 th Day hats. They also enjoyed the 100th Day food activity. Thank you for working so hard on the hats for your child. All of the hats were awesome.

The PreK 4 class will be working on the Letter”Rr.”🌈🚀 Also, we will be learning about the Number “16.” Review letters and numbers with your child.

Bring in an item that starts with the Letter Rr sound for Show and Tell.

Bible story is about how Jesus healed the nobleman’s son. Bible verse is Proverbs 20:11 “Even a child is known by his doings.”

I am sure everyone enjoyed the three day weekend.😀

Pre-K 4 will be working on the Letter “Gg.” We will learn how to write and say the beginning sound. Also, we will do a worksheet on words that end with the Letter “Gg” 🍇🎸sound.

Bring in an item that starts with the Letter “Gg” sound.

Pre-K 4 will also be working on the Number “15.” We will be counting items from 1 – 15. Writing the number is part of the learning this week also.

Our theme is “Five Senses-Hearing👂.”

The Bible Story is “The First Miracle” and “The Woman at the Well.”

The Bible Verse is Palsm 56:3 “What time I am afraid, I will trust Thee.”
